How To Create an E-mail Signature with the HOPE Logo
To begin you will need to download the E-mail signature logo to your documents folder at www.hopedirect.org/logopage.html
1.) Create a new message in Outlook:
2.) Type in your name, title and any contact info you want to add. Make sure the www.hopeservices.org is included! If possible please use Myriad Pro as the font.
3.) Go to “Insert”, then dropdown to “Picture”

4.) Browse and Select "HopeLogosmall.jpg" from your Documents folder and hit "insert"
5.) With your text and Hope Logo in place Hit Ctrl-A to select both the image and the text
6.) Select "Tools" then "Options..." from the main Outlook window's menu
7.) Go to the "Mail Format" tab then Click "Signatures..." under "Signatures"
8.) Click “New”
9.) Give the new signature a name and hit next
10.) Click in In the New Signature text box (the blank white area) then Hit “Ctrl-v” to Paste your signature in the "Signature text" entry field
11.) Click “ok”
12.) Click “OK” again

Final note: If you have just created your first signature, Outlook has automatically made it the default — automatically inserted — for new messages. To use it for replies as well, which I recommend, select it under Signature for replies and forwards:.
